Two menus. One principle:
Focus on the product

Whether with fish and meat or purely vegetarian, the focus is always on the product. We get everything out of it, work delicately and with attention to detail. Seasonally inspired, regionally rooted, handcrafted to the point.

Both menus are available as a 6- or 7-course option. On request with matching drinks, with or without alcohol.
