Two menus. One principle:
Focus on the product

Whether with fish and meat or purely vegetarian – the focus is always on one product in both variants. We get everything out of it, work delicately and with attention to detail. Seasonally inspired, regionally rooted, handcrafted and to the point.

Both menus are available as a 6- or 7-course option – with or without alcohol if desired.
