This is how we do it

Our approach to drinks mirrors the way we cook: close to the region, mindful and with a strong sense of craftsmanship. The wine list revolves around Europe – from excellent German wines to aged rarities and finds from small family estates. Beers and spirits also come from producers nearby.

All non-alcoholic drinks are entirely house-made. We use seasonal ingredients and work with them in different ways – fermenting, preserving, juicing or drying – to develop flavours that shift throughout the year. Every menu is served with a tailored selection of drinks – available with or without alcohol.

Our sommelier Tobias Greve has curated a wine selection that offers something for every palate – from beloved classics to exciting new discoveries. Each bottle is carefully stored and perfectly tempered in our wine refrigerator, allowing every wine to reveal its full character.

Tobias takes the time to advise you personally and to find the pairing that suits your menu best. And if you already have a favourite bottle in mind, simply let us know in advance – we’ll be happy to prepare it so it can breathe at the right moment.
