As with the ingredients in our cuisine, we also focus on regionality and sustainability when it comes to drinks. Our focus is on European wines, from top German wines to mature rarities and wines from small family-run wineries. Our beers and spirits also come from producers in the region.
We make all of our non-alcoholic drinks ourselves: we ferment, pickle, juice and dry the best seasonal produce. The range changes with the seasons.
Each menu is accompanied by a well-thought-out selection of drinks, with or without alcohol.
Our sommelier Tobias Greve has put together a menu that has something for every taste, from classics to exciting discoveries. Each bottle is optimally stored and tempered in our high-quality wine refrigerator so that every wine can develop its full potential.
