At ZEIK, we don’t think much of overarching culinary missions or dogmatic frameworks for values or consumption that are squeezed onto the guest’s plate. We believe that an evening meal at ZEIK on Sierichstrasse should be as varied and cosmopolitan for you as Hamburg itself. Maurizio Oster loves contact with his guests, is always happy to make a personal visit to the table and is delighted to receive feedback, suggestions and have a real discussion. ZEIK is his home; he embodies it as an entrepreneur and chef with respect towards his guests, employees and suppliers. Being and remaining human while doing what you love is what Maurizio Oster finds so thrilling about ZEIK.

The conversation with suppliers is just as crucial as with guests. Discussing the best product, what’s new in the field, as it were – Maurizio Oster always gives these matters his full attention. He always develops his ideas in tune with the rhythm of nature and its resources, which he checks and assesses carefully. The result is his fine creations, in which he showcases regional products in his own unique way. Pared down, intensely flavourful and with a clear Nordic charm.

nach der aktuellen 2G+ – Verordnung in der Gastronomie bleiben wir geöffnet und tun natürlich unser Bestmögliches für einen sicheren und tollen Abend bei uns im ZEIK. Alle Mitarbeiter sind mindestens vollständig geimpft, einige auch schon geboostert. Zudem testen wir uns regelmäßig, um Ihre und unsere Sicherheit zu gewährleisten. Bitte denken Sie daran, dass Sie ein offizielles, negatives Testergebnis (nicht älter als 24 Stunden) vorweisen müssen, sollten Sie noch nicht geboostert sein.
